Super Moist Vanilla Cake

Looking for a good basic recipe for vanilla cake with the most creamy, light frosting that is not too sweet or overly buttery-tasting? Look no further. This is my go-to recipe for a basic, deliciously light, crumbly and -dare I say- sophisticated cake. You can add your own toppings or layers, you can't go wrong with a good base cake!

Loaf Bread

This is such an easy recipe to make, and it only requires a few basic ingredients. It's a mix between a traditional Japanese milkbread (Shokupan) and a regular loaf bread. The end result is a pillowy soft and light bread that is very versatile: I use this bread to make steak sandwiches, but also homemade uncrustables!

Milk Buns

This is one of my easiest bun recipes, and they taste so much better than any store-bought buns! They're soft and slightly sweet, and made with just a few staple ingredients. Besides that they're easy to make, they're also fast - you can have these ready in under two and a half hours. Ideal when you want to add just a little more to a lunch or dinner.
